  1. it's on the German RSD list, too. No idea how many were pressed but I guess that increases the chance for some copies becoming available online.
  2. Like I wrote, if you don't go through the automatic checkout process but talk to the folks at Green Hell, I'm sure they can figure out cheaper shipping costs for you. Their website says so itself. If everything goes accordingly, you should be able to get a copy at 22,99€+6€ shipping = 28,99€ - still not a cheapo, but also still a LOT less than $50.
  3. I suggest you call them in the store. They are usually really slow with emails. If you order a single LP, it might be possible for them to ship it for 6€ as a registered letter (says their international order page: http://www.greenhell.de/versand_ausland.htmlscroll down to "foreign orders").
  4. translated to English it says: "limited to 150 orange colored copies worldwide" they posted on FB that they will be getting a handful of copies. Relapse webstore btw states that the "orange krush" /150 variant is an EU exclusive.
  5. so, the orange variant /150 has surfaced. Green Hell in Germany will get a few copies, see here: http://www.greenhell.de/katalog/indie/detail_80908.html?page=1&searchstring=tired%20of%20tomorrow&bezeichnung=band_album&searchmediatype=-1&listcount=15
  6. Hey there, I have this one for sale: In Desperation - The Floods 7" (black vinyl, pre-order version hand-numbered #49/50 copies) Heart in Hand Records 2010 Vinyl NM, Sleeve VG+ (minor creases on top of the photocopied paper) black vinyl with a white streak (one-of-a-kind?) - I'll gladly send you a picture upon request. complete with lyric insert and download voucher I ship from Germany, but international shipping is possible and shouldn't be all too expensive. I'll use a proper cardboard 7" mailer and proper packing materials. PM me with offers if interested or if you have any questions. Thanks!
  7. yep, it's great. Loving the calm atmosphere, it feels even more equable than PV.
  8. They have adjusted the prices now. [this is a god damn shitty excuse for the labels. With most pressing plants I know, pressing a record on a single color costs the same as a standard black pressing. If you want mix/splatter/whatevs there will of course be a small markup, but per unit the production costs will probably increase by 50 CENTS or so. While I think $16 for the cool-sounding red/yellow variant is very fair, it is absolutely ridiculous to charge $10 MORE on a variant whose description sounds a bit more flashy. Come on, it's even the most common variant. How much is this going to cost over here if it's already going for $26 retail? If they decide to ship the more limited AND cheaper variants to retailers instead, that's fine with me. edit: aside from the 180gr, I guess the manufacturing costs for the red/yellow and the splatter variant are exactly the same otherwise. Love the band, but this is ballsy. (did anyone mention that splatter on black vinyl is never going to look the pattern in the mock-up? yeah, I know, it's a mock-up, but I am very sure a lot of people will be disappointed by how it turns out.)]
  9. correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that impossible? I mean, if it's off-center on one side, than that inevitably makes it off-center on the other side, too.
  10. whoops, my bad. I only had the shipping date for the vinyl in mind, which is sometime at the end of the month I guess.
  11. hope these will pop up for a reasonable price on the mainland. This is one classic death metal record, and every time I hear the intro to "Immortal Rites" I think it could as well be a fucking brutal, mosh-inducing contemporary hardcore riff.
  12. thanks. Looks like it fits very well, however I'm sure they could have made it look better if they had taken a slightly better photo
  13. To be honest, I hadn't even heard of the band until a few weeks ago. But that first song was really good.
  14. Hi there! Make sure to post a picture of the variant here when yours arrives. The description sounds cool! Either way, those pictures up there in the thread have me stoked more and more on receiving my copy. Also, I just found out that this has leaked. Will I be able to hold off listening? I doubt it.
  15. has there been a different note from BSM? maybe they did two separate pressings for the US and UK releases, in this case it's possible that the UK pressing isn't even with BSM yet.
  16. would love to use it, but my old iPhone 4 does not meet the iOS 8.0 or newer requirement. I need a new phone..
  17. back in 2012 or 2013 I had the chance to get a 1st press copy for 35€, but passed it up. Of course I regret that, but I'm fine with the reissue copy. I'm eager to hear how the remaster turned out.
  18. ah, didn't know about that. The product description on ccmusic (where I pre-ordered my copy) said "colored vinyl". Chances are that Burnt Toast has given a few colored copies to retailers, but I'll believe it when my copy is in my hands. Will report back here, but with the given release date it is going to take a few weeks anyway.
  19. that would have been my question, too. I'm rather new to this band and have no idea how popular they are in the states. The Burnt Toast homepage actually says nothing about a black variant, the blog entry from a few days ago states: "yndi halda : Under Summer 2xLP on cookies and cream vinyl. Pre-orders are being packed up to ship to arrive in time for the March 4th release date. Buy the 2xLP and cd from the online store or your favorite local record shop."
  20. thanks for the info on the sound - that definitely makes me look forward to it! Is there actually another US press than the "cookie/cream" thing? Those records just match the artwork perfectly.
  21. I have this on pre-order via ccmusic (at a ridiculous $14 or so total shipped to Germany - how awesome is that?!) and not received shipping confirmation yet. I was also surprised about the availability, actually I deem it possible that the "normal" retail shops might cancel pre-orders because the label already sold all copies on its own. However, if it should turn out to be one of the variants (I don't know about a black press), I would definitely be happiest about the "lollypop" variant. That thing looks beautiful. But the others also look really cool, so I won't mind anyway.
  22. the old code (JAN1625) is still working though until 2/29, the same expiry date as the new one. Just placed an order using the old code ;-)
