Krallice - Go Be Forgotten was released on bandcamp last night.  I preordered the LP for it with Loüm when those were up a few weeks back.  This morning they sent me a code for Go Be Forgotten, but I had already purchased it last night.
That said - if you want to check out the new Krallice album, message me for a code I'll be happy to share.

Yeah...it's an amazing album, but it also costs $10-12 for brand new black copies. Couldn't see paying double the price for a blue copy.

Incredible show yesterday; I am still amazed that technology allowed me to watch a show in Belgium LIVE from my desk in Ohio.

The show at the AB in Bruxelles tonight was very very impressive, literally memorable. 
The Mass VI special edition /300 sold out after 30 mins or so since the doors were opened and was at 40€. I saw several people going away from the merchtable with 3/4/5 copies. 
I'm so happy I managed to get one, the whole package is so nice. 

Glad everyone is enjoying the album so far.
A ton of effort and emotion went into this one, so I really appreciate that many of you have taken the time to listen.

Krallice released their latest album today digitally, 'Loüm' featuring Dave Edwards (Neurosis) on vocals and synths.  Preorders are up now via Bandcamp, where you can also order the band's upcoming 9th studio album, 'Go Be Forgotten.'  Both due to ship at the end of the year it sounds like.

I forgot about the fact that there are two different mixes of this album. I don't know what version I've been listening to this whole time, but I guess I need to download my official link and compare.
I hate when people are so quick to proclaim a new release is album of the year, but I think this one wins for me. I probably bought at least 50+ records this year, not including downloads, and I don't think any other album has come close.

The .WAV format download from ConSouling of the EU master sounds absolutely INCREDIBLE.  I've listened to nothing but Mass VI for four days now;  anxiously awaiting both vinyl preorders.

I agree. The album is a little slow. There are a few really fat Les basslines and some grooves on three of the tracks, but the album does sort of meander with some bass noodling and strange lyrics. Ler doesn't really have any solos either.
The Storm is a solid track. 
 
I also really like the mix of this album. Sounds very thick, with heavy bass, drums right behind, and Ler filling in the air between the rhythm section. I guess that's just classic Primus.
 
After I finished listening, I immediately thought, I want more new Primus material. 34 min is just too short. 
 
Haven't gotten around to listening to the rainbow splatter yet but some folks on discogs did mention  surface noise. Could be the variant, or it could just be modern vinyl pressings these days. I need to wet wash the disc first.
 
One last thing. I really like the inside of the jacket. That trippy rainbow effect. Solid artwork throughout. Pleased overall with it for $19.

Panopticon announced a new album and Roads to the North repress.

Got my copy today. Clear with all sorts of junk splashed over it. Looks really cool in person. Also, after one thorough listen, album is shaping up to be great.

Yeah but the point of that is to create a uniform, accurate system. How many typos or incorrect variants do you think exist among all DF lists? Discogs has a higher barrier of data entry but so many more features. Most of the complaints in this thread are about how the features are too much effort even though they accomplish 10x more than DF if used well.

If you don't want something more complex than DF wouldn't it just be easier to keep your own plain text list? Something I never understood which is why I gave up on DF

In a pinch, you can cut some cardboard to a little over 7x7 and sandwich the 7" between them and then tape around it to make sure it won't slide out.  Then toss it in the mailer.  It's not ideal, but I've had plenty of 7"s shipped that way and they've always showed up ok.

That's absolutely the case. Seems like a lot of people are more concerned with the rarity of their pressing vs. the actual music, which you can't play anyway when it's in a frame.  

I'm assuming these prices will crash when the hype dies off.
People are asking more for the VMP than they are for the original. I have an original and it sounds phenomenal. I swear, people just want the pretty colors when they buy vinyl. No one even knows how good (or bad) the new press sounds. Could be a defective press filled with nonfill etc. It's a gamble at this point to pay anything over the sticker price.
