We've heard this several years ago so I'll believe it when I see it. Was just thinking of this repress a couple days ago too, hope it's true.

The show last night was absolutely fantastic, so happy to have gotten the opportunity to see them. Set list selection was very good, especially the second half. Ache was definitely a highlight for me.

I want this but I'm not ready to drop what will amount to $50 on it. Hopefully there will be some type of US release.

I took a few months off from VMP so there are a couple of things I’m interested in swapping but I’m not familiar with Beach House so I may just end up giving it a chance anyway. You may as well just get the one month sub if you want it.

I bought a new three month sub because it was looking like machina for a bit there but now that it’s not I’m pretty disappointed. Should’ve waited I suppose but I’m really intrigued by February’s title so I’ll stick with that and swap beach house.

Billy hasn’t sold those types of venues in a long time. It’s certainly ambitious but if there’s enough buzz and prices aren’t out of control they can do it. They’re limiting the sets to the first five albums so it’s possible.

I disagree. I like Oceania a lot and I've enjoyed his new solo album quite a bit. As for the reunion, it's certainly happening, just without D'Arcy.

I'm sure she's upset not to be involved in the way she wants but Billy has a point and was really trying to bridge the gap and find an amicable solution. I would certainly have reservations about admitting someone to a big tour who hasn't played professionally in two decades.

To defend them a little bit (and I’m not a proponent of a billion variants by any means), this is just marketing genius. They’re creating hype with a variety of color ways and musical output. Obviously they are talented enough to put out five albums worth of material in a calendar year and have people enjoy it. They don’t have to be the best band in their genre to get away with it. While i agree the quality of the music should come first, I can’t fault these guys for trying to make a few bucks and it’s not like they’re forcing anyone to buy anything. As a person who enjoys buying and collecting vinyl I’d rather have a few options in presentation than just a standard black but if I missed the boat I’m not going to go crazy. I know some people will but it’s their money so let them do what they want.

This album is my first go around with these guys after hearing so much buzz about them and I gotta say this stuff is awesome. Not looking forward to going down the rabbit hole with the amount of variants, etc. they have though. Luckily I never double dip so hopefully it all goes easy on my wallet. Really good stuff though, wish I caught them when they came around recently. With all that said, can anyone recommend one or two of their favorite records? There's so much stuff it's a bit overwhelming.

As someone else said earlier, this was such a good year for new music and this one just doesn't bring anything to the table. Can't even get a proper vinyl release for us record nerds!
