Did anyone who ordered perfecting loneliness get a shipping notification or actually receive it? Haven’t heard or received anything yet.

I had to sell my tickets to the show in brooklyn at the last minute. So disappointed I missed it. They’re an excellent band to see live.

I believe a couple of people who received the advanced copies said it was going live today. If the release is December 1st than it would make sense.

Damn, that was quick. Was curious about that slip mat but I'm going to try and hold off until everything else is released and use that coupon, assuming it works.

I mean, I'm probably still going to buy it so they win anyway.

I need a few more listens but it’s pretty good, about what I’d expect. The second track is a huge clunker for me though and throws off the rhythm of the album.

Thought we would've seen this already. Such a killer soundtrack, I can't wait for this one.

After Holy Wood I completely fell off the Manson train based on the mediocrity of those albums. I love Manson but was not wowed at all by any of that stuff. Finally picked up Pale Emperor a couple weeks ago and it's great, vintage Manson. Will definitely be checking out this new one once I've digested PE.

They sent me an e-mail a couple of days ago informing me that Perfecting Loneliness would be in sometime this week so everything should be sent out soon.

Got my download code for this earlier today but haven't been home to listen yet. Anyone have any first impressions?

I'm only missing Auto Midnight so I'll grab that one. Can't wait for the new album and to see them next Thursday. Such a great fucking band.

Kind of off topic but the only Bodyjar album I've ever owned or got into was Plastic Skies. Did they pretty much keep the same sound? How would you rate this one compared to PS?

Has anyone heard from them who hasn't initially reached out? Kinda bogus that they haven't sent any type of update.

I've only given it a once over but I like it. I think there's more depth than the first record. Excited for a more thorough listen but I didn't notice anything too crazy with the mix. Her vocals are definitely highlighted but it didn't detract from the rest of the recording for me.

Went to see him in Brooklyn last night and it was very good. First set was the new album and then second was a large sampling of stuff from throughout his career. Just him and an acoustic, piano and harmonica. Really cool opportunity to see him in a small setting.

If anyone has any extra colors or knows where I can grab one it would be much obliged!
