Amazon UK has the Xtra Miles ones, but for lots more than on Discogs.

I've been searching and it looks as if Discogs is your best bet. I can't find anything anywhere else, unfortunately.

Congrats on the open. I'm going to try to convince by friend to stop off on our way back from the Yankee game today. Otherwise I'll try and stop in soon. Good luck!

Good lord, been waiting for these for awhile.

For anyone popping into this thread randomly, these guys are one of if not THE most underrated bands of all time. I probably wouldn't start with any of these necessarily, maybe Congregation, but Gentlemen and Black Love are perfection. Now all we need is a Blackberry Belle repress and I'll be set.

People who have never owned a small business or have put lots of money and hard work into a labor of love will always try and knock you down. Just ignore them and do what you gotta do. I wish you all the success in the world and I look forward to stopping by (probably on the first Monday). I'll be sure to say hi!

People are dicks. Congrats on opening the store. Owning your own business is a lot of hard work and hopefully you have a lot of success.

listen, I am going to say this once .

we are pricing everything in the store at the lowest possible discogs pricing
and anyone who knows me, knows that this isn't about making an extra ten bucks
or something, off of some new hard to find LP.

I have traveled to EU and Asia getting a lot of these records and have been (and still)
busting my ass and putting myself in debt to make this a reality.

if you don't like the idea, don't come.  simple as that.

I know a lot of people who'd like the chance to see  and check out the condition of an LP before buying it.
and I know a lot of people would like a shop that focuses on contemporary music and not a lot
of dollar bins and stuff you can buy online.

once again, if you dont have something nice to say.  ..

Received the Sunny Day in Glasgow record this week (along with my swapped Panda Bear) and it's a really solid release. I bought this record blind and it was just the type of thing I was looking for. The record itself looks gorgeous and the packaging is top notch. If they're still available I highly recommend it to anyone that's into more melodic and airy shoegaze type stuff. Really nice.

No, we're paying for both actually.

And the price is still way too high.

The sound is really the most important part but even if this had been in a hardbound slip case a la the Melon Collie & The Infinite Sadness re-press/master/issue, $80 would still be steep. Proper mastering on 4 LP's shouldn't cost $80. One gatefold jacket over 4LP's should not cost $80. That's insanity. This should have been a $40-$45 release, maximum and as far as I'm concerned, that's pushing it.

I'm a small business owner myself so I know how stressful these things can be. If you're looking for any help send me a PM (completely serious as I'm looking to change in career). Best of luck.

The plot thickens over at ETS...people have been getting their copies beat to shit. Badly. Considering these got packed in a simple-ass LP mailer with little to no padding, it is not surprising that they're arriving damaged.

Also...anyone justifying and defending the price tag of $80 for a 4xLP crammed in a normal gatefold, is completely delusional. Knowing and seeing that there are 4xLP & more released in better and nicer packaging and presentation for sometimes less than $80 puts this release in a greater light as to the lack of foresight and maybe even rushed release.

And yes, I am a hardcore NIN fan for 28 years and going and will generally buy anything and everything that Reznor puts out...but at the same time I gotta call them like I see them and of course have a common sense of where my money goes and how I spend it and its worth in said purchase.
