Those prints do look tempting though I don’t have space for prints and posters anymore unless I get a house and that’s not looking like it’s going to happen anytime soon (cries in millennial) kinda wish they just repress the album too, even in plain black

I don’t think this band has a bad record but I personally think memorial is their weakest, so many of the songs sound alike. Both deficit and 1777 have that similar sounding bridge in the middle anyways a repress is good, more RC records is good

Man I just want Madness of Many and Joy of Motion represses. I keep seeing Weightless get repressed, there’s new neon green pressings out there. Either way I’m excited for a new album and the new song was cool, I’d love to catch them live soon too, the last time I saw them live was in 2011 when they opened for DEP.

I feel like disappointing album art for anime releases is par for the course lol. not sure if I need this right now, I just bought that Tales of Arise OST and Tales of Symphonia as well

Eh I think I’ll pass on this or at least pick it up later for cheaper. I see the ACD RSD and Blue Line Baby releases all the time for like $10 and I paid retail for those when they released. buying vidya OSTs last week killed my budget lol

I too just got around to finally listening to this today. I was apprehensive because to me the singles were kind of lackluster but as a whole the album is great. As others have said; Villain and Mombasa are standout tracks though I do agree that some of the tracks feel same-y. I didn’t preorder based on what I’d felt from the singles but now that I’ve heard the whole, complete work I’m going to the record store tomorrow and picking this up. ps. that Fantano review was pretty harsh, but it’s not surprising to me since he didn’t seem to too care much for sunbather either

Appreciate the info, I’d been meaning to pick up a few more releases since I only have ASWDE and the prices were an issue back in the day. Glad to hear things have gotten better.

For real, I’ve liked ETID since 2005 or so and I think I’ve only been to a show with them as the headliner maybe two times. They are eternally supporting bands when they should get top billing. 😕

Might have to listen to this album front to back a lot before I’d consider paying for an LP, the new songs aren’t really doing anything for me, I don’t hate or love them Though I will say that Dan’s drumming on this new song is awesome and worth listening to over and over again

Just checked mine, it sure swayed a lot back and forth as well. I haven’t sat down to listen to it just yet but I hope it’s not too bad. I know the label had a ton of trouble with this pressing too

Kayo Dot was the last band I saw live before covid, March 12th 2020. There was like 25 max at the venue, I’m kicking myself for not buying merch but none of the shirts were good 😕 I’m not missing any more cool shows in the future

Will have to check this out, I’ve passed on Blasphemy but have really been digging Coffins on Io lately. I put that album on while folding laundry a week ago and it was awesome

Received this today, it’s been quite the wait but it looks great. The art book is also a very nice touch and makes me feel like I was there. I’d love to get that autographed. Can’t wait to spin this!

Wavering Radiant sounds so good and as far as I know is still kind of relatively available. Now I’ll wait patiently to get a copy of ITAOT, should be any day now r-right? I just want everyone that wants a copy of these releases to get one, because everyone needs to fully experience the perfection that is Aaron Harris’ snare sound.
