when you think about it, sure some people get paid hourly. whether it be the cashier, or the take out person who just takes orders and hands you your food. but if you were in their shoes, wouldn't it be nice walking home with at least a few bucks for a six pack, gas, or a pack of smokes every night. or at least enough to buy fast food to get you through your next day. not everyone who makes minimum wage has the $$$ to afford much of anything nowadays. remember that next time you decide whether or not tipping (be it etiquette or not) would make someone's day a bit brighter. even if it was .50 cents or $1. from someone who use to do that and never got tipped, $10 over a shift where i wasn't expecting anything is always a good night. a kind gesture goes a long way to some people.

yeah I agree I'll end up getting 2 or 3 new lp's out of this with music on them that was written by the band themselves and not some over priced covers.

I don't know if the price is meant to be a flipper deterrent (more likely it's so they can make $12K in an afternoon for work they completed a long time ago) but all it will do is ensure that "true fans" will be more hesitant to pick up a 2-song release, whereas flippers who have seen the crazy prices Thrice and/or ManOrch vinyl has attained have no problem investing $30 now to make guaranteed $crilla later when those same "true fans" see the hole in their collections and their eyelids won't stop involuntarily twitching.
So yeah, I'm flipping this bitch. I hardly had to think about it. I love Manchester Orchestra, too, and I bet their song is great, but the easy money greatly outweighs the novelty of a No Doubt cover.

I think the simplest way is to limit one per person. no one here deserves it more than anyone else

Discogs has a button where it will select a random album from your list. I have used it a few times to figure out what to listen to.
