  1. I got one of these from Hot Topic too and if I remember correctly, it skipped on some songs. Then I sold it at a record fair because I hated that bullshit non-existent sleeve the shirt/vinyl package came with.
  2. Yeah, I know we were talking about Blindside, but I just realized that I want a Five Iron Frenzy record pressed. Letz mka this happn plz.
  3. One of the best places to see a show in Florida. Social in Orlando Murray Hill in Jax CG in Gainesville

  5. I still need to pick these up. No stores near here had these. Such a shame too.
  6. Quite excited for the new album. I think they said in previous interviews that this was a less-guitar driven record and more piano and keys.
  7. You're right, it is annoying. They do it at the time (5PM-8PM CST for us) because it provides the longest period of time when people are home and don't have children in bed (and would be even madder to get a call). Because I did it for a year, I will help anyone out doing a survey. People selling something or asking for donations sometimes don't even get a "I'm not interested."
  8. I have the original US press in fair condition. It would be cheaper than eBay if anyone is interested.
  9. Ryan is a good dude. Too bad he moved to Savannah from Chicago instead of New Orleans. I would have been trying to help that dude out to pick up some of his releases on the cheap.
  10. About a Burning Fire shows their growth as a band. It was a nice period between Silence and Great Depression. Still can't listen to The Great Depression, just don't get that record at all.
  11. I saw the trailer for this. Is it just me or does the guy playing Thor look and sound like Heath Ledger?
  12. In college I took a job doing telephone surveys. You would think, as I did, that people are more willing to talk to someone who is doing a survey instead of trying to sell something. Matter of fact, part of my rehearsed spiel was to say, "I'm not trying to sell anything." Didn't matter, most people are assholes. We did surveys but it was a stressing for a few hours a day. The job lasted nearly a year but I worked for a shitty company. Perhaps a better place would have better results. Main thing is OP, unless you're a sales type person, just get in and get out making as much as you can but always looking for something else. I don't know anyone who can do this work for very long.
  13. This goes to show with Amazon that if you persist with someone else perhaps you'll get what you want.
  14. By in the States I simply meant to imply that it's different elsewhere than where he lives. You're right and I clearly said I know what he meant and that it's correct, but ask any average American to name a "black comedy" and I bet you it was directed by Tyler Perry. Melbourne dudes are so racist
  15. Such a tight band. Those guys play their instruments better than 75% of their peers.
  16. Ghostbusters I Love You Man That Thing You Do The Other Guys Role Models
  17. Nah, I need to keep that. I was hoping you'd want a couple copies of Motley Crue Shout At the Devil since that was on your wants and it was on my list.
  18. ^^ LOL. I think things like Coinstar are genius. Obviously, they provide a service. Most people would lose 9% to let some machine provide a convenience that they could probably do with little ease. Then Coinstar makes profit on their laziness. Why can't I come up with something that provides convenience for laziness? Just one idea could make a million bucks.
