The record shop I work at got the news that we're in danger of going bankrupt after being in business since 76 and are holding a benefit concert on Saturday to see if we can gather the troops to avoid the worst case scenario. Decided it was as good a time as any to get my first tatt along with a colleague of mine to coincide with the event. Super stoked on how it turned out! Added the few drops of blood since we literally bleed for the place.

Did some blackpacking in Oslo this weekend and checked out Neseblod records that recently moved into the old Helvete storefront run by Euronymous from Mayhem back in the day. I own and enjoy this album. It is an excellent pop album IMHO and stands up regardless of the singles, which are admittedly really good as well.
Excellent sound quality from the picture disk. The production from Mike Will is fantastic and the songs jump off the record. If you feel like you need to justify your musical choices and purchases to strangers on the internet, that act in itself is probably more emasculating than owning a Miley Cyrus album.
