Only listened once but I have a feeling a lot of people are going to dislike it at first and then warm up to it after. My two complaints would be that the The window is a weak track and upon multiple listens of death from above I kind of feel like those lyrics feel a little forced to fit the song. It's definitely the most guitar heavy thing they've done in a long, long time (and that tone is just mean sounding). Need to give it a few more listens before I can decide where it stacks up with everything else but I like what I heard.

i wouldnt call these songs "heavy" but they seem (to me) to have way more drive and energy than what was on the last couple records. not withstanding a couple tracks on beggars, they also appear to have a lot more bite as well. i also felt like with beggars and major / minor that it was the first time that the band released consecutive records that didn't do something substantially different from the previous one so in some ways those records kind of blur together for me at times. They're good records that have some great moments. they just sound more inspired here than they have in awhile.

Setlist.fm suggests they've only been playing prayers and rubicon so maybe they're adding to the setlist. Also doesn't look like they're playing anything off SNW or self titled.

I don't think it's too surprising an offer for half the asking price was declined. Doesn't matter if the price is ridiculous or not. I've sold records on ebay out of my collection before and some of the offers I've received are a fucking joke. Anyway, this record is good but I dont think its the album of the year either. Wait for the hype to die down and these inflated prices will come down too.

Hah, don't get me wrong. They're good records but I'm glad to hear them return to a little more aggressive songwriting. Plus, black honey is ace front to back.

HT will also charge you your state sales tax. It's pretty much a wash with their markup even if you do ship to store.

Can't say I really agree. Id probably rank this at the bottom of the catalog. Still, a least favorite converge record is still better than most out there no matter your opinion on order. Ironically, I like the artwork for no heroes the most out of everything jakes done for the band. YFM, on the other hand, is easily in the top 3 for me.

this season of FTWD is way better than last and it finally feels somewhat disconnected from TWD. as far as season 2 of TWD goes - i think thats actually my favorite season out of all of them. im not really sure where all the hate comes from either.

i cant recall seeing a black w/ color splatter record that has that much splatter. so, if it really turns out looking close to that, its gonna look very cool.

i think baelish is one of the more interesting characters on the entire show. i like the pace of this season so far but i agree this is actually a show that could stand to have more episodes per season to cover all the story arcs adequately.

KRM variant is easily the nicest looking of the 5.

I liked I am king pretty well but think I also preferred them when they were on the more chaotic / less chuggy side.
