The last album is my least favorite of theirs but I don’t think it’s terrible and I think the new track rips through out

Yeah it’s just a five piece now (David F. Bello (vocals/guitar), Chris Teti (guitar/vocals/bass/programming), Joshua Cyr (bass/vocals), Katie Dvorak (vocals/synth), and Steven K. Buttery (drums)) but there’s some dope callbacks on this one from prior records and releases

my only memory of this record was reviewing it for AP.net and claiming it the worst record release of that year.

haha fair - I know my music taste is goofy at times but I listen to this record probably 2-3 times a day and it’s truly remarkable - the musicianship has never been better and I know the singing is gonna be very YMMV

Sunbather will always be my favorite for personal reasons but New Bermuda is their best album until this one that is ....
