Just finished The Guild and really liked it. You have to kind of suffer through the first episode or two but after that it's great. 

So many good ones in there. Throw in Almost Round 3.

I registered here because of this thread, and I've just scrolled through the whole thing looking for inspiration.  Some of you guys have some great storage ideas!   I may steal some. 
 
Here's where I started:
 

 
Those shelves are cheap things I bought at Target.  I much preferred this storage setup in terms of room aesthetics.  Unfortunately, they weren't up to holding all of those records, plus a heavy integrated amp and a 25 lb. turntable (I don't own either of those anymore) on top.  The left one eventually got bumped and pretty much crumbled.  So, I plucked out all of my rougher records and dupes to slim down the library, and went to this for storage:
 

 
Solid plywood bookcase with oak veneer I found on craigslist.  It had removable shelves and wouldn't have been strong enough that way, so I shot and sunk 3" brass screws into the end of every shelf.  Now it's solid as a rock and holds the weight without a hint of strain.  I don't like the way this looks though. 

I decided to have a bit of a change round when I got back from holiday, I call it twin Pinks. Problem is I will possibly be changing again tonight as I'm going to look at another undetermined turntable today so depending on what it is there might be another swap around.
 

Musics cool, can't really stand chick singers though.

Nice and basic setup. Just moved house, so I figured it was a good opportunity to take photos while the new area was uncluttered.
Also added a photo with the a vinyl print I use as a placeholder when I don't have a record out.
 

Bought a new skate deck so I can skate when I get back from RVA on the weekend. I need to get back into it; missed it so much. Plus there is a park a couple miles from my house and from my work. STOKED.

Okay but did he bankrupt the town by trying to build ice town ?

Each record is glued onto the spray painted back of the original record cover which I have altered slightly...so you will never know when it is framed, but if you were to remove it from the frame you would see it....

These are sick! I would repaint the Gandhi one and replace it with a Maya Angelou, Audre Lorde, or Kathleen Hannah quote because he was a huge hypocrite. Just a suggestion.
