If it came with the CD it is the UK version.  It looks like the first round of US colored pressings were the darker color, and then another batch came out in a lighter color, basically identical to the UK.  Someone probably uploaded stock images to discogs before the release was actually in hand.

Had to go with bullmoose, can't miss out on this, been looking for it forever.

I have probably ordered from hastings 15 to 20 times.  Only once have I returned a record due to massive seam splits because it was packed in a giant box with no padding at all.  I emailed them about the problem, they told me I had to send it back for refund and I could re-order if I wanted it.  The whole transaction went super smooth and took maybe 2 weeks at most.  I would say that email is faster and easier than trying to call them.
 
My order from this sale came in 2 packages, the first one had 3 records jammed into a box that was about a 1/2" too small for records.  A little bit of corner damage and some edge wear on one of them, but the records themselves were not warped.  The second package was in a standard LP mailer. 
 
At these prices I never have and never will complain, especially with all of the warnings people post.  You know it's a gamble from the start.

FJM webstore has the standard edition listed with both black and clear vinyl. I wonder, is that the same as the VMP issue?

There's really no reason to make posts about new albums until there's a pre order or vinyl announcement. You don't get points for posting first or anything.
