rooks Posted January 21, 2015 Author Share Posted January 21, 2015 only 1 dude form the MLG team made it out of the thrall part. all level 33 with tons of yellows. knights and thralls plus the ogre is yellow - you cant use the rock gotta stay on the plate throwing down titan supers. they got a gun from the thrall drop. gatekeepers at bridge dont flinch so r2 r2 r2 doesnt work. need blinding grenades. rooks Posted January 21, 2015 Author Share Posted January 21, 2015 So, the only mechanic change is: No chalice, extra yellow wizard in addition to yellow boomer knights, and gatekeeper spawns every time before swordbearer spawns. Dunno hwo these guys would have done it without striker grenades and saint 14 helm. We will need to spread our titans out. Edit: Apparently you can no longer melee Crota to regain invisibiility. rooks Posted January 21, 2015 Author Share Posted January 21, 2015 Tell me about this...side stairs strat. everyone stays up on the left side of the stairs instead of going down middle. blinding is still necessary though because the gatekeeper goes up there too, plus the hallowed knights up to just boomered invigorate to death using side stairs. Basically, the best way people see right now is ignoring the gatekeepers (which keep spawning every time a sword disappears) and try to DPS crota fast as possible.
