I'm assuming No Quarter will have one and Neuropa will have the other. Neuropa isn't even back up yet, so we'll see. I mean, it's such a BS excuse, 480x $20 is more than enough to get a record pressed, they could very well move the ball forward without the last 20 copies. It could be that Qrates would refuse to press the record without all orders being fully paid, but I would have assumed they'd just press them all and take it out of the artists' cut. It's not like The Midnight would have an issue selling 20 copies of their sold out record. Stick them on Discogs - they'll be gone within 12 hours. Consider the scenario in which someone places an order, reserves their spot, the 500 mark is reached and then the system goes to seek payment. What if that person's credit/debit card has since been lost/stolen/cancelled for whatever reason? The system is unable to make the charge. That's one way right there.
