This just proves the whole "deflate gate" deal was a witch hunt to taint the Pats and Brady's legacy. Give the pats back their pick and the fine money. Fuck Roger Godell!!!

Ok so because it's a Boston station it can't be trusted. pro football talk isn't a Boston new station and it's got the same info. The nfl who wants integrity isn't doing what it takes to fix their fuck up. Do you understand ideal gas law? With the coldest game coming up you think the nfl would want to try to prove themselves right. Oh wait they wouldn't be able to push their agenda and would look like bigger idiots than they are.

There's a lot of people that feel it was mostly a makeup call for bountygate, given that a lot of owners were pissed by how easy the Patriots got off for being caught cheating.

It's the explanation that makes the most logical sense.

Bounty gate was the saints. Wink! Patriots was spy gate.

Also congrats on hiring someone with a winning background. Hopefully he can talk megatron into playing next year

Yeah too many "gates."

Seems like there are a lot of guys who've left the Pats and stumbled throughout the years so it's not a slam dunk hire (if that even existed). I'm happy with it though.

More than anything, I hope he just gets us out of the habit of mortgaging the future for short term success. Suh still hit us for 10m against the cap last year. Regardless of what Calvin does (even if he retires), we take a 10m or so hit against the cap this year. We need to bite the bullet and get out of the habit of restructuring mega contracts to get under the cap.

If Shazier gets stabbed in the parking lot after the game I don't think many people would be shocked... you don't knock a man unconscious and then dance about it for 10 straight minutes.

I get that this is a huge rivalry game, but Shazier is a classless bum.

Also looks like Burfict ended big bens season.
