SBarry
People that think even the best of teams are going to play the same way every year are hilarious and don't watch nearly enough college football.

catalinacaper
Damn Todd Gurley with a torn ACL... You have to wonder if 4 weeks of down time set him up to get hurt trying too hard his first week back.
jacktownjim
As a Georgia fan, this breaks my heart. Hope he bounces back with a vengeance regardless of what his future plans are at this point. On a related note: goddamn, do we need Mizzou to drop a game. We may have had a couple of slips but if the team can as stay motivated as they were this weekend for example, I think we'd be able to hold our own in Atlanta against whoever comes out on top in the West and maybe even pull off the upset. Fingers crossed.

jerseydave77
Bummer about Gurley. Can we all rejoice that our beloved Florida Gators will be Muschamp-less next year? Is it nuts to dream of a Bob Stoops return? I suppose it is.

Is it nuts to dream of a Bob Stoops return? I suppose it is. I would normally say no way Stoops returns but this of all seasons would be a good one for him to slink out of Norman. Gators still don't have a QB regardless. Meanwhile FSU has two 4 star and a 5-star QB recruit committed in the next 2 classes
catalinacaper
I swear I'm not salty at all when I say that I feel like the selection committee is phoning it in at this point. Forget the top 10, some of the decisions in 11-25 this week are BAFFLING. Since when was it a thing to reward a team for a "quality loss"??? - Auburn has THREE LOSSES and is still ranked 14th. - Arizona wins against a good, albeit unranked Washington team and drops a spot, behind a team with more losses! - Clemson gets blown out for their third loss and drops 2 whole spots. - Minnesota ranked #25 last week - loses - and remains #25. SBarry
When ND played ASU they leaped ND that week at #9 and have a 35 point loss to UCLA so I don't even know anymore.

catalinacaper
aaaaaaaaaand Michigan fired their coach today. JIM HARBAUGH JIM HARBAUGH JIM HARBAUGH. I will laugh when the 49ers sign him to a 3 year extension. Edit: Apparently Harbaugh isn't a candidate for the job whatsoever, per "multiple sources".
