I still think '05, the only year I went, had the best lineup (Radiohead, Pixies, Belle & Sebastian, The Cure, Mogwai, T(I)NC, Air, etc.), but there are some awesome bands this year. I saw Public Enemy at Rock The Bells in 2007 and honestly they really disappointed me they have really fallen off so it does not surprise me they are lower on the bill there live act sucks now.
