mcm1610
I don't know why, but I don't like calling myself an atheist for some reason, but being raised Catholic, attending a Catholic high school for two yeras, but then going to study history in college, I learned how similar every religion is and how they all "borrow" from each other for convenience, and learned how, especially in Europe, it was all a political tool, and came to the conclusion it's all BS - mostly to explain the unexplainable, but for those in charge to quiet the masses. I don't think that last part holds true anymore to the extent that it used to, though. The more history I read, the more I'm convinced that it's all shit. Things just happen. I like the idea of chaos theory, although not to the extreme that butterflies cause tsunamis or whatever "the butterfly effect" claims. There's a difference between following the principles and following the religion, like when people assume you can't have morals without religion.
