I've been wondering if it was only the tour presses that were numbered or if all the versions were. Also, I'm under the impression that they threw them in the sleeve without allowing time for the ink to dry, I checked all the copies of the tour press I had before I mailed them out and all 4 including my copy were stuck to the ink.
