Still haven't received my Drop Dead splits and they were said to be shipped out close to 2 months ago. Emailed Deathwish orders and they told me to check the tracking. Once an order leaves DW, there is little/nothing that we can do, especially w/ International Orders to attain any updated info that the customer can't do themselves. As for other delivery options, there simply is no affordable shipping option that provides any more information than what we are using currently. First Class International takes 3-10 days to reach Denmark and never goes missing or damaged, but when a package is shipped via Post Club USA it usually takes a month and sometimes even longer. Though this may have been the case for you, this is not a problem with the service overall. There have been issues with packages, just like there are issues with packages sent via the postal service. When we mail packages overseas now, for bands, or distro, we are using Post Club, and not having issues at all.
