Also, 1991: The Year Punk Broke as well as The Decline of Western Civilization (but not the second one from the 80's unless you want laughs). Another State of Mind is great as well but it comes off really scripted and planned at certain points - worth it for the Minor Threat and early Social D footage though. Totally hopped over talking about Radiohead in the Brit Pop, English Alternative episode. other favs: DIG! (fucking brilliant) Pavement- Slow Century Lamb of God- Killadelphia (solid doc) Jimi Hendrix- Band of Gypsys (if you haven't heard this album.. Youtube Power of Soul right nao.) Metal: A Headbangers Journey Just about everything else mentioned in this thread is worth checking out. (Wilco, Daniel Johnston, Foo Fighters) Been meaning to watch: Color Me Obsessed- Story of The Replacements This Film Is Broken (love story based around a Broken Social Scene concert) Strange Powers- Stephen Merritt and the Magnetic Fields anyone find any torrent trackers for these? aaand being a huge Low fan: Low- In Europe (great live footage, goes into the whole family on the road thing) Low- You May Need A Murderer (really candid interviews on Al's general craziness..Great shots of Duluth, MN.)
