Why do I have to wait until the next day to get a package I have to DRIVE to go and get, when I paid for it to be delivered to my house and made sure to be home so I would not miss it? timbrh2001 Posted February 6, 2013 Share Posted February 6, 2013 Email I got regarding inserts: The only people who ever received inserts were the very few (10-20) people who were able to get one around the time of the original pressing in 2010. Any photos you see of the insert were from a photo and article post in AP back in may/june of 2010.
