brandnew
I'll probably get a lot of negative feedback about this, but I want to take a picture of various color variants of my records. I'd like them to be next to each other like this: http://www.samash.com/wcsstore/root/Items/IP_R/RSSLVCOL_ip.jpg Can your records be easily damaged by sitting on top of each other like this? Obviously I'd handle them carefully, but I don't think I can ensure that the records don't rub against each other, at least minimally. I'd imagine they'd be fine, but I'd myself if I scratched a bunch of records trying to get a few pictures. Thanks! hankmurphy
Team Avatar
I'm sure that if you're careful, they will be fine. You could put like paper towels in between I suppose.

One Hundred Fifty-Two
If you have more than one does it matter if one of them gets scratched? nivek87
jerseydave77
It will only damage them emotionally. Never let an LP touch a 45 - that's pervert shit. Really, if you are just taking pics then be careful and it is fine. nivek87, rudeboydh, hobohunter48 and 3 others

ronniegwilliams
Never let a record touch another record until they are both ready for it; make sure they've discussed all possible risks and outcomes. It's important to make sure both records are responsible enough to touch each other; otherwise damage may ensue.
