Nopeeeeeeeeeeeeee. EDIT: according to Discogs, it is on gold vinyl. Not sure if they have an exclusive, but I actually grabbed a copy from my local place earlier and it's on standard black. I didn't spin it yet, but it's a nice gatefold and comes with a fold out poster/lyric sheet, rice paper/poly lined sleeves and a dl card with the bonus tracks. I was doing other stuff while I listened, but I remembered thinking there was, as you said, no surface noise, but it sounded a little quiet. I wouldn't say it made it sound bad at all though.
