searos
I would love an older test. That would be cool but don't wanna spend more than 120.
shifres
As far as I acn see, they added about 150 Hand written lyrics (going fast, only 115 left) and 20 more tests for the new album (19 left). Some other neat stuff which is not vinyl related (like live photography of the band for a show or sing a song with the band on live show) were added. No older test as far as I can see. njpunkmusic
Yea but 20+ test pressings of the new album doesnt make it too rare does it? I'll stick with my Daybreak for now. So happy these guys will hit their goal with in a week of posting
njpunkmusic
They also added be a photographer for the day and sing a song with them on stage.
ilikeguitars
Ya that addition of 20 test for the new album kills it for me. really no point in paying that much when theres +20 copies easily attainable. Was also really hoping they would have put up an older release test press.
shifres
That is odd, 30 tests or so for how many records on vinyl? lets say 250 for the pledge... who knows if they'll even do a regular press... If it's 30 tests for 250 vinyl records... it sux but again, it's like a donation...

njpunkmusic
they don't physically have copies for sale or for this campaign. See I don't know that. Maybe Chris had one he was holding on to for the last 10 years.

Willow_Tree_Records
There were only 5 tests of each of the first two LPS, and a few years back someone working at EVR stole a bunch of tests including what they had left of the STD ones from their "valut." njpunkmusic
So it has been at 99% for the last hour, but have still have 30 something pledges. I wonder if it will just stay at 99%...
diabretic
I bit on the vinyl, then again when the lyrics went back up. I hope 75 is worth it.

ilikeguitars
It's crazy to think they made ~$10,000 for handwritten lyrics alone.
shifres
Lol, yes, I'm not jealous of them having to write 200 times the lyrics of some songs though...

tokimedo
new update About one year ago, we were on tour supporting DAYBREAK. We had just finished traversing the USA with Bayside and were about to start a European tour with Yellowcard. Tour is a beautiful thing: despite having a few short days home and spending our Thanksgiving in a Wagamama in Kingston we were beyond stoked to be playing in the UK and to soon be in mainland Europe. We are lucky. We were asked to sing a Christmas song for a UK blog, and we chose the Phil-Spector-produced “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)”. In a way, it was a postcard to our families and friends that we missed. With them in mind, we accumulated shiny little trinkets for nieces and nephews and daughters from Christkindlmarkts in München and Köln. They had intoxicated us with winter magic. The magic was to continue in a pre-Christmas show in New Jersey. Why not play a full electric “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” at that show? The show at Starland in New Jersey was epic. You know if you were there. It was a bit of an emotional homecoming for us, even though we all still had flights the next day to get home. We weren’t alone. Before the show we met some soldier buddies who were home after a long tour themselves; the excitement that they had to be reunited and seeing one of their favorite bands was just… damn. Wow. We’re just four guys that play songs. A tour of duty has a selflessness that we can’t compare to. At that moment we realized the song was really a postcard to anybody away from home, anybody missing anybody else. We never planned on recording it, it was a one-time thing. But we got a lot of requests for it. That feeling is never a one-time thing. So here it is, a gift for all our pledgers: “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” – because we miss all of you so much. p.s. Happy Holidays, there will be more exclusives to come. Thank You Sank You Thank You! p.p.s. There ARE a handful of select offers re-stocked on the page. Check it out. p.p.p.s. As an additional token of thanks for all of you who have already pledged, here’s a 15% discount code for our official merch store. Good from today through the end of the year.
