Yeah I'm not too sure where he's coming from/asking but SRC licenses the music to be pressed...and then gets it pressed and sells it? They also work as a retail distributor for other albums as well. Generally they aren't that cheap but Based On a True Story didn't sell as well as expected, so they marked it down. Also I can't guarantee any of that is right, but that's my understanding. I was trying to see if what they are selling is the first line out or if its stuff they are being licensed to repress.
