Also he is taking and making personal calls at his desk while ignoring his workload. He's been caught in other people's offices on phone interviews and also been caught looking at porn on his work computer. How much does it take for a guy to get fired? do you work for the state? cuz that sounds like most of the employees here, all the time, for years.
