It definitely is a fluke, these usually go for about $40 give or take, but I would be very surprised if any store had more than one or two sealed copies of it, it's been OOP since late 2005/early 2006. The sale was legit as I emailed the guy for the hell of it telling him that I would buy it if the other person didn't come through. He told me that he thought his BIN was high and then I informed him what it usually goes for. Needless to say, I didn't hear back from him once I told him what it usually sells for.
