patrickemmons Posted April 30, 2013 Share Posted April 30, 2013 I'm physically feeling better but mentally the house thing is fucking killing me. I can't quit my terrible day job to pursue doing design/screen printing full time until we buy a new house since i'd never get approved for a mortgage without a job + i've officially removed all my screen printing shit from my garage so people can imagine actually parking their car in the garage so unless I set myself up somewhere else it's going to sit in a storage unit until I get moved into a new house. At this rate even if we got an offer tomorrow it'd be a month before we'd close and move out and then another month if we happen to find a house and have an offer accepted immediately. Worst thing about the non-paying people is that I set aside and numbered 2 of the watercolor sleeves for 2 of the non-payers thinking they'd appreciate it - didn't check payments until just today Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
