Magnolia probably would've sold better if they had kept their sound from their 7". Instead they matured and alienated a lot of those young kids. I saw them play a show with TWIABP and Hostage Calm right before Magnolia released and half the kids straight up left during their set when they realized they weren't playing up tempo generic pop punk songs.
