firehazardrecords
a very slight warp no biggie. I have only had one bad warp and was able to flatten it enough to not bother me. also got my dude ranch today. very little splatter on mine, I heard some sound issues on one song but then replayed it and didn't hear it so not sure, not the record obviously. it sounds good. Tuesday... do far away I gave up trying to call my stores, honestly Tuesday will be financially better anyway... How would one go about flattening out a warp? AndrewNstuff
Just stopped by to pick up my copies of Dude Ranch from my in-store order. Looks like I was fortunate enough to get one of the more splattered copies http://instagram.com/p/pHVTGaO1sy/ EDIT: Just realized I never did this one, so here's my copy of Buddha. http://instagram.com/p/pHXmEKO1gl/ Is that one of those multi media Crosley record players? nmycon
Don't try to flatten a warp. If it's not affecting playback (no skips), it's better left untouched.
mpitts
Hot Topic won't replace a warped record will they? I have had two records come warped from HT. Both times, they were very accommodating. One of the albums was still in stock and they sent a replacement. The second was out of stock and they allowed me to return the warped record for a full refund (sans shipping, if I remember correctly). All of this was done via phone calls and talking to customer service reps. Just be prepared to hold for a few minutes to get someone on the line. MrMatt23
yes only try if you have to. luckily I didn't have to try any heating method, I just put it in a CLEAN sleeve and s clean soft towel (to prevent scratches are hurting it in other ways) and applied just enough weight to lessen the warp. there was a good inch warp on it before, now its maybe 3mm. of course any way of trying to fix a warp or scratches etc can hurt also so just be smart about it. for Buddha or something you can still get, give it a try and buy another if you mess it up. RowBearToe
just found a kid who was gracious enough to sell me toypaj splatter for 30 bucks... this world is good sometimes.... Nice! Stomping Turdle hooked me up with TMTTS at cost last week, which I was stoked about after missing it.
psus2h
Did the original press of Neighborhoods come with a download code? If so where was it?
firehazardrecords
Did the original press of Neighborhoods come with a download code? If so where was it?I'm pretty sure it did, and it was just a little slip of paper. I could be wrong though.

Travis, any word if Universal is going to include a MP3 download with this repress?
rhcp02
My hot topic neighborhoods from 2011 has a download card with it. I'm sure this one will too.
TFP
My hot topic neighborhoods from 2011 has a download card with it. I'm sure this one will too. That's the thing though, that 2011 press was a variant exclusive to Hot Topic. Neighborhoods wasn't licensed to Hot Topic exclusively. All four original variants of Neighborhoods was Geffen (standard press). So, it's no telling if the new press will have a DL card.
StompingTurdle
Why don't you guys just spend like the extra $8 and get the CD you'll be able to extract better audio quality files than mp3 that way. One thing I haven't seen asked and it's not on the OP is, if this is going to be the deluxe edition or the version I don't care about? TheGhostOfRandySavage
Still tri-fold correct? So I finally got the rest of these cleared so I figured I'd put this all in one thread. I'm pretty excited about all of these, they should be pretty cool. These will all be available in select Hot Topic stores and on www.hottopic.com. These street dates are all tenative. I'll update this thread as we get closer to each release and let you know if anything has changed. Don't ask about Dogs Eating Dogs, I have no idea if or when that will ever get pressed. Take Off Your Pants and Jacket LP - Not too long ago Hot Topic had an exclusive pressing of TOYPAJ LP on clear vinyl with red, green and yellow splatter limited to 2000 copies. This sold out quite a while ago online but there's still some copies floating around Hot Topic stores. Self-Titled 2xLP - (there's already a thread for this one on here) clear vinyl with pink and green splatter with the smiley face logo etched on the D-side limited to 2000 copies. This one has been bumped back a couple weeks and should now be available around early December.Right now it's looking like a 12/24 street date. These are updated as of 5/14/14 with new TENTATIVE release dates so these might change again. If anything else gets bumped I'll update the thread The Mark, Tom and Travis How 2xLP - clear vinyl with pink, green and blue splatter limited to 2700 copies available 3/11/14 Buddha LP - clear vinyl w/ baby blue and green splatter limited to 2000 available 5/27/14 Enema of the State LP - clear vinyl with red and blue splatter limited to 2700 copies available 5/13/14 Buddha LP - clear vinyl w/ baby blue and green splatter limited to 2000 available 5/27/14 Dude Ranch LP - clear vinyl with orange and brown splatter limited to 2700 copies available 6/3/14 Greatest Hits 2xLP - clear vinyl with black and silver splatter limited to 3000 copies available 6/10/14 (available online the following week) Cheshire Cat LP - clear vinyl with blue and yellow splatter limited to 2700 copies available 7/1/14 (will likely get bumped back a bit) Neighborhoods 2xLP - clear vinyl with black and white splatter limited to 2700 copies available 8/5/14 (this could possibly get bumped a little as well, I'll know more as get closer to 8/5) We are doing the double gatefold that the original release had so this one will be $29.50 Represses Working on a S/T 2xLP splatter repress that is tentatively scheduled to be available around 7/8 Working on a TOYPAJ LP splatter repress, I'll post more info on that as I get it. C'mon, man, first page. EDIT: Also the page before this. Seriously. fenderkid, funtitled, Hairy Potter and 1 other

I was asking because that was the only other question that could be asked about Neighborhoods, just trying to get the info all on the same page. DL card, tri-fold etc. Calm down. psus2h
Regarding Neighborhoods: I hate to jump on the price complaining train, and I know it comes down from Universal. First pressing was cheaper and included a download. Yeah I already have it digitally, but still these labels need to chill with these prices, I can only imagine how much Universal would have added to the cost if they included a MP3 download.
