I would choose the type: "Not actual item" as they are all being listed under the 2010 releases anyways. Discogs WILL NOT let you add a release that doesn't exist yet, and hasn't been "released", so I see reporting these flippers on bullsh!t "PRE-ORDER" listings as completely legit use of the report function. If enough people report, Discogs will have to take a look. Done. There are a couple more I also reported if anyone else wants to do so as well. Hot Topic is in the business of selling records. Why would they turn down a big sale? It's allowing them to make their money quicker.
