steviex2shoes
We went on vacation to DC last year, and pretty much lived at a small chain called Chop't. Bummed me out that it wasn't anywhere but NYC and DC. But the salads are freaking huge and delicious, its all build your own similar to Chipotle or Subway, but only for giant salads. kyacrash
My favorite geographical specific joint by me is Tijuana Flats. They have them all over Florida and a few sporadic locations in like Georgia - the Carolinas I think. There is also one way up about 30 minutes north of Philly. Awesome food, hot sauce bar, and 4.99 taco tuesdaze. Also, publix subs.

mitchard
They don't have a location outside of the Seattle area. The burger and fries aren't really anything special, but something about it makes them both delicious.

thesecrets0308
I'd also like to add... in the Fall, we lost my favorite food truck in downtown Cincy, Turophilia Quesadillas. The girl that ran it moved the operation to Nashville. It makes me extremely sad.... so anybody in Nashville that reads this, if you haven't had it, you need to and you're welcome. Sincerely, Downtown Cincinnati workers http://turophiliaquesadillas.com/
