I ordered one of their mystery boxes and actually never received it until I opened a PayPal claim. They responded promptly and said my order somehow got lost, and I received some pretty good stuff a few days later. Other than that I haven't really ordered much straight from them.

Sounds interesting. I watched a few of those videos and my head and neck feel light and relaxed. I wouldn't say it's weird or tingly or anything, just really relaxing. Might have to start trying some of that stuff before bed.
