No way in hell would Nintendo license those rights to SpaceLab; they wouldn't risk blemishing their brand like that. Trust me, I want to see a release of that too (and tons of other Nintendo releases), but I'd prefer it to go to a deserving label that will treat the release with care.

Came home to mine today. Haven't been able to spin it yet. I'll compare it to my blue copy tomorrow night. Large, durable single sleeve for both records; no gatefold, which I'm bummed about. Not sure if that was stated previously. Same insert I'm pretty sure. Blue with splatter is purty. Over and out.

Price increase makes sense now.

If a gatefold jacket is all that is different (other than the color) then I have a ton of deluxe versions in my collection. And it costs that much more to manufacture? $9 increase is pretty wild. What a world we live in.

There's a deluxe as well which is silver/2500 that comes with deluxe packaging. Yet to see it available alone though.

Shit, if it's a consistent issue then it could be a problem. I emailed their customer service, and they replied this morning. I have to send them a picture of the album and my invoice later today to move forward with whatever solution they got.

I ordered Monday. No rush shipping though. They were just quick getting it out (surprisingly). And they're in Albany and I'm in NYC so it didn't take too long.

Yeah, but that logic is so transparent in this case. They are willing to keep it available, which is evident from the various represses. But instead of helping out the fans who missed out, they're taking advantage of the secondary market and cashing in on the demand. Wasn't the last repress $20? And the original pressing  $15? $25 is still absurd for a 4-song 10". And that's even more evident when you see that you can get each full length for cheaper. So sure, it's good for you cause you're ultimately spending less. Flipping is shitty.  But so is that price.
