Yeah wat. This album absolutely rips. Been waiting for this record since they began this series. To each their own though!

Biggest let down and yet another year passes without That Thing You Do! OST...such a bummer. Mondo mentioned at virtual "Mondo-con" last July, that they were getting close and that they'd finished up interviews with cast members for liner notes. Also said the team assured it would be 'this year' (2020). Welp that didn't happen.

Got around to downloading the masters from NTFP, they sound so good. 

The code WELCOME10 took 10% off my order at Ghostly's website. Total was $26 and change shipped media mail in the US.

They're pretty cool to hear...essentially a studio re-recording of the albums.  Hard to say how much editing they're doing to these but the final product sounds great, no complaints.

Ordered the red clay early this morning and they just emailed me to confirm it’s /1000 with signed insert. Interesting twist lol

 Frontman Robin Pecknold shared an Instagram video with footage of flowers set to guitar strums, culminating with the word “Shore.” The caption for the post reads “Tuesday.”
In a subsequent Instagram story, viewed by Pitchfork, Pecknold confirmed that an album is on the way. “Yoooo next week or so I’ll be posting some promo type stuff on this account but I’ll try to keep it chill,” he wrote. “Forgive me if I post any good feedback I know it’s corny but I’m excited and it’s weird to put out an album from quarantine.” Fleet Foxes released their last album Crack-Up in 2017.
Posters teasing the imminent release of a new Fleet Foxes album titled ‘Shore’ have appeared on the streets of Paris.
Its follow-up appears to be arriving soon after a French journalist shared a photo on Twitter of posters in Paris with the band’s name, ‘Shore’ and next Tuesday’s date (September 22).
"So this is the fourth full Fleet Foxes album to be streamed on Tuesday, for physical release in early 2021."

Yea, I will always catch them live, but his vocals live are always so hit or miss. 

It's very hit and miss though, I've seen them a few times and Stephen sounds phenomenal, but I've also heard him sound really bad. 

Most definitely studio magic. As much as I’ve loved seeing Anberlin live, his vocals are one aspect that I try to curb my expectations with. 

Yeah, it really does...almost too good lol. Stephen's live vocals are, by far, the weakest part of Anberlin's show and these sound surprisingly good. Studio magic.

Sweet, got the "tiger's eye" since blue was sold out. Hyped for this.

Yeah, there were tentative plans - pre-Covid - for a 2020 release.  Or at least some steady updates that would suggest one would happen.  Haven't heard a peep since and would assume those plans were canned for the time being.  New album is supposed to be notably bright and upbeat, per Robin, so I'm pretty excited to hear it... whenever that may be.
