Same clear vinyl and same shirt bundles in the US and UK. I like all their stuff but this album is great. I went with the bundle with the green man shirt. 

Can't wait to buy volumes 1 & 2 separately and then spend even more on the boxset because boxset.

Went ahead and emailed Benchmark Customer Service two days ago asking if these boxsets got delayed or anything like that and they replied to me this morning saying these are still set to ship out on 9/28. I was hoping they'd ship a few days early so we could receive them on release day, but hey at least there's no delays.

I still can't believe how worked up and self righteous people can be on thIs board. They're fucking records. Life's too short, man.

Two decades ago, before the music industry began to colonize it, the do-it-yourself underground was a space of exodus and experimentation, often in violent opposition to the rest of the world. This was the context in which Catharsis appeared, one of a new wave of bands to meld metal drama with the raw urgency of hardcore punk. They quickly distinguished themselves by an almost self-destructive intensity and uncompromising anticapitalist ethic. Inverting Christian iconography to champion the struggle of the individual against a hostile cosmos, they took up the centuries-old banner No Gods, No Masters, extending this project of total defiance into their increasingly tumultuous lives. This apocalyptic orientation in turn informed their music, as they sought to hit upon the magic combination of words, harmonies, and rhythms that could spark a global conflagration.
 
Catharsis broke up in 2002, following relentless touring on three continents and a final catastrophic five months in Europe. After a decade of watching the old records sell for absurd prices while bootleggers profited off substandard editions, we’ve finally taken it upon ourselves to offer a proper collection of their work.

With regard to how shitty the Used is:
I recognize this as fact now, but 15 years ago, they were my favorite band. I saw them a number of times live (which is how I "discovered" them to begin with). That is what made them, to me. Seeing this (then) unknown, racous band opening up for pop-punk-phenoms Mest was completely unexpected. Furthermore my 14-year-old self couldn't restrain the urge to go crazy, stage dive, and fall in love with an unknown band for the first time (at this tiny place called the Cotton Club in ATL) when all I really expected was some whiny kids singing "top down, seat back, rolling in my Cadillac." 
So, yeah, they aren't the best band, but during that "noughty" time, they changed my perception of music available to me. And of course, they would later be responsible for me discovering who Coheed and Cambria were (prior to IKS release). 
I owe them a lot of my taste in music despite the fact that some of their lyrics make me cringe now. 
So, for better or worse, I will be buying these relases in some form and will be proud of it. 
I don't even know why I bothered typing all of this. Maybe I need a real life therapist. Maybe I'm just bored. 

This gets me every single damn time

They are all single LPs and sound good.

I would venture to assume that there will probably never be a repress of some of these records, at least into the foreseeable future. Tooth & Nail no longer owns any of these releases aside from Lowborn, so in my semi-educated opinion having worked with both the band and label for years and years, this would be your best bet for new pressings of probably most if not all of these records. I'll also add this for the conspiracy theory people: This project was 100% spearheaded by the band.. No labels are making the lion's share from this. Both Universal and & T&N were super cooperative in the process. So, that should squash the "money grab" thing. 

Next time you have to shit let us know, I'm sure someone here will be happy to wipe your ass for you too.

Generic radio rock is all the same. I'm indiffierent about both bands and can see what people mean. That song is bland enough to have been written by Dave Grohl. Not a shot fired but just my "stupid opinion" about what I hear.I forgot Dave Grohl of VC is an expert because he took a couple minutes to change his profile name and avatar.

See this is the right attitude to have when buying records. Bravo for not complaining and being happy that you can own the music on vinyl.
