If you were going to eat a burrito and a pizza at the same time, what type of each would you get? I'm having issues thinking of the best combo possible.- 169,220 replies

For sure, I totally get what you're saying. Although I will say that I was impressed with Clinton during the debates. And though I voted for McCain during the 2008 elections and went thru the same doom-n-gloom back then, I came to respect Obama as a president and ultimately I find him to be very inspiring. I'm disappointed ultimately that a candidate will take office that feels the opposite and doesn't intend to continue his legacy. It happens to the best of us. I'm incredibly embarrassed to say that during the 08 election I voted yes on Prop 8 in CA. Fortunately for my dumb young me that vote was overturned by the supreme court.

I'm actually with you. I have no problem with a person showing ID in order to vote. If anything, I actually think it might make it easier to verify your identity - although, let's be fair, there is little to no evidence that there has ever been voter fraud in a general election AND the amount of conspiracy that would have to occur in order to swing an election with fraud would be enormous. As in too enormous to hide. But I'm cool with cool with voter ID laws if 2 things happen: - We find a way to make it so easy to have an ID that it's basically impossible for a person to not possess one. - We treat voting day as a national holiday and create a federal mandate for early voting and mail in ballots that is consistent across all states. Until then, voter ID laws pretty much just exist to disenfranchise the poor.

Maybe I'm biased because I'm not a fan of this band - but $50 still seems like a fuckton for 1 album. $50 is like the most I've ever spent to get rare OOP pressings of my top favorite albums, not just what I'm willing to throw down on a brand new mass pressing of a live album from some flavor of the month band. I think the fact that this is priced even higher and will probably sell is just stupid.

Just one more week guys. We can put all this nastiness behind us and find another thread to boost our post count. Seriously though, part of me doesn't even have the strength to care anymore. This has been such a long, nasty process. NPR was reporting that this election has become the #2 stressor in people's lives, right behind money.
