what's even more confusing to me is why people come into threads to complain about people who complain about the artist. it's like some of you are 8!

If you judge music based on what gets played on the radio then you listen to some really shitty music.

I guess mindless is too broad of a term. It's OK if a song and lyrics are not deep and philosophical or mind-blowingly revelatory.
 
I'm trying to not come off as a Taylor Swift apologist. Her music and style will not appeal to some. And that's cool. Listen to whatever music makes you happy. Regardless of style and genre and whatnot.

To assume that Kanye knows how alcohol and livers relate would be giving him too much credit. He only thinks with one organ -- the one he donates to Kim every night.

I can't tell you the last time I cared about whether to music I was listening to was relevant or not. I just go ahead and listen to what I like to listen to whether anyone else likes it or not. Crazy, but true.
