Saw that an ebay as well. There is a pre-order link on Soundstage Direct, but it doesn't say anything about colored vinyl.- 91 replies

Who's going to LUNA in Indy on RSD?
ntslash replied to yocaseycasey's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
While you're there, can you grab a copy of Margot & the Nuclear So and So's Slingshot to Heaven on yellow vinyl for me? I'll give you the money ahead of time. -
Wish I hadn't bought the red Defend Yourself a couple months ago. That tricolor looks nice.

04/15/14: Afghan Whigs - Do To The Beast
ntslash replied to xbpr's topic in Vinyl Collective Message Board
Side D sounds much quieter than the rest of the album. My copy is free of surface noise, pops, etc. I thought it sounded pretty good, but then again I've been listening to the rip for the last few weeks, so that could make it sound a bit better than it is. -

No signed poster for me either The vinyl sounds great. Side D is an incredible run of songs. This is possibly my favorite Afghan Whigs album. It's at least #2. -
I think this album is a lot better than Torches. I'm surprised by the critical dislike.

Is anyone else having troubles downloading the album from the Liars store? I am logged into account and see the order. It says I have 10 downloads available. But there is nothing to click to download. Can anyone help?

I won't be using them outside at all. I will only use them at my desk. The workplace is pretty quiet, and pretty much everyone is listening to their own headphones all day. I'll check out the ATH-M50s and the other recommendations here. I'd probably go up to $135, but not anything over that. Thanks for the suggestions so far!

Obviously there have been other headphones threads, but they haven't really addressed my specific needs. I've been doing research on headphones for awhile. Basically, I have about $100 to spend (can go a little over). I want something that delivers great sound quality and is also comfortable. I am not looking for ear buds or any in-ear device. My biggest concern is comfort. I want something I can wear for 5-6 hours a day. I almost bought the Sennhesier HD-280 PRO, but then I read a bunch of reviews that talked about how tight and uncomfortable they are. I was also looking at the Grado SR80i, but the price seems to have really jumped lately (and I also heard about some comfort issues there). Any advice is greatly appreciated. I have currently been using Sennheiser CX300 earbuds at work. I like the sound, but I can't use them for more than a couple hours a day. Thanks!
