Remember when a bunch of people were panicking about this release and saying that half of preorders weren't going to be filled? Looks like there will be plenty of Tool to go around. People who placed 8 orders might want to start canceling some of them now.

The only person I've ever met who likes MGK is my 12-year-old nephew.

I'd be more likely to buy if I knew what these songs were. It says that many were early versions of SP songs. Does anyone know what each song became?

Went with the Target Apple Red. This album exceeded my expectations, and the pressing sounds top-notch.

I sold my original TDS and will never listen to my KG copy again. The DE is my clear favorite. The fact that there is debate about this suggests all pressings are at least quality and that is comes down to your preference and probably your setup. For me, the DE is as good as it gets. But the WT one isn't even a question. I sold my original the moment I heard the DE. I haven't seen any claims that the original is better.

I like the DE better than the Kevin Gray. I think it sounds better, and the tracking between Eraser and Reptile is much better. I've always despised the way Eraser and Reptile are cut on the Kevin Gray release with the real beginning of Reptile on side C instead of D.

If you have a chance to see Jerry on tour, do it. Such a great show last night, especially with Greg Puciato on backing vocals. Seeing Puciato sing Would? makes me wish he was in Alice in Chains instead of Duvall!

And they all sound ridiculously good. The definitive editions are all better than the original pressings.

I thought it was trash on first listen. But then I kept listening to it for some reason. And now I love it.

I just listen to the music. I couldn't give two shits about the internal drama of the band.

Pretty sure this is the first press of this album. The previous release was a re-recorded acoustic version of the album.

This is the only song of theirs I really like so far. I heard this today and almost preordered. Then I heard the other songs and didn't pull the trigger.

Spun my indie exclusive this morning. Didn't know it was pressed at 45rpm at first, so I spun the first two songs on 33. Sounded pretty cool, actually. Solid album overall.

Awesome. I will buy this when I see a US link.
