Brew Dog Paradox Heaven Hill - 15% Imperial Stout, bourbon casked.  Tastes like chocolate milk mixed with wine (in a good way).  Thick almost syrupy pour with no head.  BLACK. 4/5 on Untappd (user is 'Daegor' if you're wondering)

Local Edmonton hardcore, Cold Lungs.  Never heard of them, but some really good hardcore comes out of Edmonton, really looking forward to listening to this.
 

Defeater - Letters Home - I just got into these guys recently and hadn't picked anything up yet, so this was very cool of you parkinglot!  Long out of print variant (clear with black and white splatter). Slates - S/T - Local Edmonton band, I'm always down to hear local shit, very awesome. Godspeed You Black Emperor! ‎– Slow Riot For New Zero Kanada - Believe it or not I have never listened to this, despite being a big fan of F#.  Definitely looking forward to spinning this, and I hope you didn't shell out too much, I know it can go for some higher prices!! (Mother Mother was not part of the package, it was just hanging on my wall.  Regardless go listen to the new album, it's killer)  
All in all a KICK ASS package, thank you parkinglot!

i used to post on VC pretty regularly from 2007-2011 (hence my post count being so high for somebody who hasn't been around in like 4 years). since then, i've started a record label called Artistic Integrity Records and have put out 27 releases so far. some vinyl, some CDs, some cassettes, and some digital only. anyway, i think i'm a pretty reputable dude, and hopefully some of my old buddies can vouch for me here if anybody has any skepticism about dealing with me.
 
to answer a question i'm sure a few of you who have known me for a long time will ask: no, i'm not breaking up my collection. all of these records are doubles that i had been holding on to and i just don't want them anymore. i think they're priced pretty fairly, considering their condition and rarity. the t-shirts, i just don't care about anymore. i kept about 10-15 of the super rare ones for my personal collection, but i realized a few years ago that i'd never be able to keep up with the insane amounts of new shirts alkaline trio releases every year, and i don't really wear them anyway, so why hold on to them when other people might give them a good home? that's what i'm hoping for here. i could put all of this shit on eBay and probably make a decent amount more than selling here, but i'd rather have these things go to people who are super into them, not just the highest bidder.

About 50% eBay - this is the heavy $$$ way. But not always. Depands on luck and what you looking for.
About 30% direct from label - there are a lot of labels with cash needs. Reasonable prices here if you buy more, often with some regular editions.
About 10% from bands - talk to them during shows. Some can help with rare stuff.
About 10% other - someone just decided he's tired of vinyl. I'm sure.

if anyone hasn't received a gift by the 10th of dec please let me know. apparently a lot of people on here haven't communicated with me if they've surpassed the deadline. it happens every year. i'm laxed about lateness, but i also want to know about around what time you will send so i have an idea. i assume like years past, people will send without letting me know of any info (it's already happened this year). if you get your package, please let me know. it'll make things easier for me tracking stuff due to someone's laziness. 
 
also thanks for the people who have let me know about tracking or any late shipments. i really appreciate it.

I was hoping you'd like the records, etc.  The guys at Saddle Creek were amazing.  I actually brought your dead format list in with me and they helped me pick stuff out.  I'm more of a punk guy so I'm not real familiar with many of the artists you listen to.  I was a big Lost fan as well and thought the book was cool.  I hope you enjoy everything and have a great x-mas.

I guess my SS lives close enough to me that they are going to possibly drop my stuff off on my doorstep.

Well anticipation got to me and had to open my VC Secret Santa surprises. I was so amazed by the thoughtfulness of the entire package! It hit on everything I love, Beer (which by the way, the glass you chose is a regular for myself), Music (Nostalgia, 60's, Garage, Punk), Attire (rarely go shirtless), and Art (pins, sketch, and writing). I am impressed, grateful, high fives and happy holidays to you! Due to the purtiness of the packaging, the hand writing, CA references, and the sketch I am hoping I guessed correctly with Tess? Reveur? If this is you, you are awesome! If I guessed wrong, the hunt continues!
