+Hearing new sounds: background vocals, rhythm guitar, nuances, higher bass parts.
-No lyric insert (not necessary but nice)
-Shipped with only the record. No bubble wrap. No cardboard. No bends or splits but for $25..
-Kinda fuzzy in some areas, S's bass parts. (My player also might be crappier than I want to believe)

Hopefully these don't get repressed. I spent a lot of good money to have NTFP, Cities, and New Surrender on vinyl. Would hate to see them for a fraction of what I had to pay.
