I listened to BPIB for the first time in years not too long ago. About half that album is awesome, but it's just too long.

The other pressing should last longer. It's twice as large plus this was the tour leftovers so most of them were already sold at shows.

I was expecting $30+ so once again my life strategy of "Always just assume shit is going to be terrible" pays off.

They got booed when I saw them open for Coheed so after their last song they played feedback for 20 minutes. Occasionally one of them would walk out and hit the drums or something, flip off the crowd, and leave again. 10/10 set

Then be happy that twice as many people have a chance to own an enjoy the record without having to pay inflated aftermarket prices. It's not false advertisement because they didn't intentionally mislead anybody. It was out of 500 then when they decided to press more they announced it. It would have been shady if they just sold 500 more while still saying "out of 500" or if after the first batch shipped they "found some boxes in the warehouse" or something. Could they have done the extras on a different color or something? Probably, but even then there'd be people complaining.

Got "I Tried to Make Something You Would Enjoy" in the mail today. Looks and sounds dope.

Fraud? The label saw there was a huge demand so they made more. Thats pretty legit. Like someone else said, only affects the people who wanted to flip it.

Well, I guess it depends on the context. The whole argument is really pointless. I just know that if someone said "Do you listen to Ramones?" it'd sound off. Speaking of which, they're definitely pop punk.

I say "the" in front of bands like Talking Heads, Pixies, and Ramones because it feels super awkward not to. "Do you like the Talking Heads?" sounds better than "Do you like Talking Heads?" Although that's a dumb question because everyone likes the Talking Heads.

They played a show in CT and they had a show in Upstate NY. The NY show was a shitty fest with like 40 bands that were all terrible and it got canceled because of a blizzard. This was last year, probably March or April-ish. I really wanted to go to the CT show because they ended up playing with With Honor and the first hardcore show I ever went to was ETID/Misery Signals/With Honor.

I'm stoked to get a very small piece next month. My girlfriend's friend owns a shop and they're doing a Friday the 13th promotion, so I got to see the flash early. I haven't had the money to start any REAL work yet. Really wish I had started getting tattoos before getting into records/drugs. I don't do drugs anymore but probably could have covered myself head to toe in tattoos with the money I spent.

Isn't the point of getting an apartment so you have someplace to smoke a joint where the pigs can't see you? I mean she doesn't need to smoke it, but most adults at least understand its not a big deal. I ha to quit due to panic attacks, but my girlfriend still smokes up our studio apartment sometimes. Just makes me sad I can't join.

My girlfriend has been watching it on Netflix as her "background noise" show. Learning that there's basically an infinite amount of episodes is pretty upsetting.

It was with Converge, Modern Life is War, and Kylesa. Shit was dope. $10 ticket and maybe 100 people there. Kylesa and SG both had two drummers for some reason. I dont why, but it was rad.

Ugh, breakups suck enough without money and legal documents in the mix. I've had roommates bail before and it was pretty much "Find a way to pay their half of the rent or take them to court." Sorry you're in this situation, dude. It's one thing to bail on a relationship but it's truly reprehensible to fuck someone over financially like that. Girl doesn't seem to think she lives in the adult world where there are consequences.
