  1. This is probably the end BUT the show is owned and produced by Sony so another network (or Hulu) picking it up is possible. If not we will just have to watch TroyCrying.gifs forever while we deal with the fact they're all dead.
  2. I don't see anything wrong with picking up an extra of an album you really love. Yeah chances are you'll never need it. But shit happens in life and it'd suck to have something happen to a record only to find its hard to come by another copy. Of course buying two copies of EVERY RECORD you pick up would be insane.
  3. I know this is from way back, but I'm just catching up with this thread after not reading it for a few weeks. Anyways, probably never going to happen. At least not on Broken World, they're no longer working with Dads. To the dude recording bands live shows, that's awesome. I really want to hear that Hotelier set you've got coming up. Especially since I doubt I'll be able to make their show here. Which is fucked because it's the first show in this city I've wanted to go to in over 3 years.
  4. VHS is still a thing with a lot of horror movie fans. Buying a new movie on VHS is just a collectible thing, but there are a lot of old and obscure films that have never seen a DVD/Bluray/Digital release.
  5. Weren't there rumors of a Good Apollo pressing? I haven't been able to get into anything post In Keeping Secrets so chances are whatever the news is I'll be like "eh"
  6. I've bought a couple tour presses that I already owned a copy of because I went to a show and wanted to support the band. Other than that I have 7 copies of The World is a Beautiful Place and I am No Longer Afraid to Die - Whenever, If Ever so I can listen to a different one each day of the week.
  7. I think it's been mentioned before but that Five Finger Death Punch band is fucking awful. I only bring it up because I just saw they are headlining a show at a fucking arena around here. It was one thing when they were shitty and playing the dive bar venue around here, but how the fuck did they get "headlining an arena" popular? I saw Limp Bizkit play that arena when I was 13, so I'm not innocent in all this. But still. The year 2000 was a weird time for everyone.
  8. It seems as though I have removed my limbs as payment a little too soon. $22 isn't too bad. I thought it was up for sale and almost had a heart attack. Now I'm sure it'll go live when I'm at work or something and I'll miss out.
  9. I've seen TSL 3 times in the last couple years and they've never played this or any other pre-You Will Not Survive songs
  10. Haunting and memorable score? Like a trippy Terminator with slasher sensibilities? If Netflix had told me that I would have watched it immediately. Definitely watching that tonight. I was all set to buy Only Lovers Left Alive and Under the Skin OSTs and then on payday had a huge car thing happen. Haven't seen UtS yet, but seeing the trailer before OLLA was enough to know I want the score.
  11. I heard Macklemore had no label backing and whatever that album was that blew up the charts and won awards was self released. If that's true it's cool and I really respect that. The music itself, however, is whatever and I never want to have to hear it.
  12. It's been in my Netflix queue forever. I think I'm going to have to finally give it a shot.
  13. Not Mondo but Hardware has just been pressed http://lightintheattic.net/releases/1193-hardware-original-1990-motion-picture-soundtrack
  14. This news made me happy but at the same time I rolled my eyes and said "Ugh, fuck" because I know it's going to cost an arm and a leg.
  15. If I didn't unexpectedly have to drop $400 on my car yesterday I would have bought this from you immediately. I sense some sarcasm about the spoiler warnings. It's 100x funnier if you don't know it's coming.
  16. One Christmas Eve almost 4 years ago I had no job but had just gotten an American Express gift card from a relative. CYLS was doing an Xmas eve sale so I put What it Takes to Move Forward in my cart. Then The Saddest Landscape put up their discography 2xLP record release show /100 variant. Only had enough money for one and I couldn't decide. It took me a minute, but I chose WITTMF. By then the last of the pink copies had sold out so I thought "I'll just pick up the gray some time soon." Still mad at myself.
  17. I haven't listened to Moving Mountains in forever, but Pneuma and Foreword were my shit back around like 2008-10 Still kicking myself for all the times I had Pneuma in my carts on various distros/stores and didn't go through with it
  18. Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together. Mass hysteria!

  20. They got sued and all the royalties from the song go to someone else, so we can take solace in that.
  21. 95% Guitar music 5% Movie scores Oh and a George Carlin record I got for a quarter. I'd also have a lot more movie scores if they weren't always so expensive.
  22. Being told by the internet about Soda Shaq is the worst way to find out about Soda Shaq. Everyone should have that moment where they see the Soda Shaq and have to process the existence of the Soda Shaq for the first time. Soda Shaq.
  23. Got my order from the beginning of the sale in the mail today. Quality package. A+ on these guys.
  24. BREAKING NEWS HOT OFF TUMBLR Duets EP will be a 12" some time this summer
