I flip albums so that I can make sure only real fans will buy them from me.

I own almost all of the music matters 33's that have been released so far. They are easily some of the best sounding and best looking records I own. I couldn't recommended them more. Once I got my first it justified its price tag immediately. These are as close to original pressings as I'll probably ever own and 35 dollars is nothing when shitty soundtracks and lit records are being released for roughly the same price.

Just beautiful. Really glad the standard press features that gatefold design, despite conflicting rumors.

I don't have anything against kess, but that fucking face after he wrongly states the wide release won't be gatefold. It's like he seriously thinks he's right. He looks like he needs punched so fucking hard.

I'll just toss this here, but the RSD Miles Davis Prestige box is fantastic. It's so well made. Sounds fantastic. Sleeves are great. Pressings are quiet.
IMO it's an underrated era for Miles. There are must gets though. Highly recommended.

Added doors to the cabinet, the doors can display a record or a picture and you can change records/pictures just by sliding them from the top of the frame.
Equipment:
Pro-Ject debut III Turntable
Garrard Zero 100 Turntable
Yamaha CDC-645 CD Player
compact Bluetooth receiver
Marantz 2270 receiver
Modified Boston T830 speakers
nothing super fancy but it sounds great!

So we're in the midst of a remodel and we had already torn out the old fireplace that was sure to burn the place to the ground eventually. After going back and forth a few times my wife gave the go-ahead to a built-in with record storage, a couple of shelves for some of her curios, a little bench, and a skylight. Its pretty much done... just need to finish the stain and a couple of coats of satin poly. The 8 main storage areas are mostly equivalent to 12 Expedits worth of LP storage. Its all 3/4" oak ply and solid oak trim on a 2x frame. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out and can't wait to get the records loaded into it.
