  1. It's different than the QRP pressing. Must be new plates.
  2. Just received AAEA. Pressing looks decent to the naked eye. Some dimpling and inconsistencies in the vinyl, nothing major. Seems flat, probably 180 to 200 grams in weight. Lots of paper scuffs from the cheap paper sleeves they used, which is disappointing. For the price, you would think they would at least include polylined inner sleeves. Especially since it is pressed at 45rpm, so they must have been focussing on sound quality with this release. Anyways, cannot spin it until later. Also, need to clean it up first to get all the paper dust off. No DL code, no inserts, just two LPs in a gatefold. Really pretty basic packaging overall. Anyone know what plates were used to press this? The Analogue Production Plates? That is the only other 2 LP set pressed at 45rpm. Or did they make new plates?
  3. I was under the impression the RSD release was just a 12 inch single with two additional tracks, not the entire album +2.
  4. Don't forget to add the $3 SE toothbrush to your order. Your dentist will thank you.
  5. Just received this today. Vinyl is a light blue color and opaque, almost marbled. Looks really good. Cover art is top notch as well. Only spun side C this far. It's really good. Qualiy BSBD tracks and vinyl pressing
  6. Just about to post that Merchandise Outlet had the Zeppelin BBC sessions 5LP boxset for $53 shipped. No longer on their website. Guess those went fast.
  7. Never mind. It's a P. Floyd cover album. Regardless, they have Tame Impala and Hot Chip as well.
  8. http://merchandiseoutlet.com/search.php?search_query=Vinyl Merchandise Outlet has a handful of vinyl releases for cheap, plus free shipping. Kendrick Lamar, Pink Floyd, Queen, Coldplay, etc. Use the code Blues10 for an additional 10% off. I picked up the first Coldplay LP for 8.99ppd. Not bad for an album I spent a lot of time with 15 years ago.
  9. All in very good condition and include original packaging/artwork. Thought I'd list these here before ebay in case you all were interested. Meatwad!

  11. Do you all think the blue will hit local shops? Don't want to throw $7 at shipping, and could careless about another slipmat.
  12. Grabbed the pink/lemon version with the flexi. $29 shipped from JN is reasonable.
  13. Harsh. My guess is, if you don't have a VIP these will be gone before it goes live. At least that is how it went with the Margot Box color vinyl edition. Curious if anyone knows if they is backing instrumentation on this album, or if it is just Richard and his guitar?
  14. How much? Don't want to pay $5 to re enroll in the VIP just to get a price estimate.
  15. Cleaned multiple times using all sorts of wet cleaning solutions. Little improvement. I always wet clean LPs before I play them.
  16. My red copy was really noisy. Ghostly sent me a replacement red LP. The replacement was as noisy as my original copy. They are now replacing it with the black version of Epoch. Great customer service! Hell of a label. I think there are some duds in this pressing. Others have reported it on Discogs as well. My red copy was really noisy. Ghostly sent me a replacement red LP. 17. 30 minutes in the queue for Kansas City. Finally got in. Tried to get 2 floor tickets. "Not enough available." Two Section 106 tickets "Not enough available." Two Section 107 tickets "not enough available." Remaining options. 1 Section 107 ticket. I could check out then. I couldn't even get a pair of tickets! F'ng A!
  18. Gotta say, I love that Ghostly presses some of their releases at 45rpm. That TTA - Fahrenheit sounds great at 33rpm (especially side A) and CT Galactic Melt is also fun at 33. It's a different experience.
  19. They have their old pressing of Nirvana Bleach for $66 or some shit like that.
