Guys, please let's be honest with ourselves here, this is complete dogshit. I've never seen an artist fall so far from what they once were, and no, this is not musical growth. This is a man who's stringing his fans along for financial gain by putting out songs that take 12 minutes to write in a studio on the fly. I'm starting to think he's really lost his mind OR he is in some kind of financial crisis which requires him to release 2 albums a year and various live recordings to pay whatever addiction he has. I've seen artists genuinely try hard and still put out something that doesn't work, but if we're real to ourselves here, he's not even trying. Please listen to 'Chili Lemon Peanuts' and convince me he has not 100% made his transition into Wesley Willis. Don't lie to yourselves, this is lazy ass garbage songwriting and its a slap in the face to music in general

Nah man.  Black vinyl won't wow the 80 people who will eventually watch their YouTube video where they hold up the 6 records they purchased in 2017 so far, slide the variants halfway out, and talk about their favorite track or where they ordered them.

Considering the demand prior Solace presses have maintained, and analyzing the sale graphs on Discogs and Popsike for various copies and variants over the last 3-4 years, I have determined that I don't give a shit and neither should you.
 
But really.  Like with any repress that is sought after, it will drive the demand down a bit, but hardcore / variant enthusiasts will pay just as much or more to complete their collection in the future.  I find it tough to really care though.

I'd sure as hell be listening to that.

Takeout and Gilmore Girls. All night long. 

I just finished my latest watch-through.  Best thing about finishing Gilmore Girls is immediately starting it over again.

Vegan and straight edge?? Hanging with a stoner butcher?? I love it. 

Just because I feel differently, I'll say, doing stuff is lame.  My wife and I are codependent losers who never leave the house, except to go to work.  We come home every night, get drunk, listen to punk records, smoke cigarettes, then get high and play old video games or watch TV.  It's the best and I highly suggest it.  Outside and meeting people/having friends is way overrated when you can just be emotionally dependent on an angry feminist who knows how to mix cocktails.

I like it quite a bit.  I'd easily take it over Saturday Night Wrist or Deftones.

The latter most definitely.
 
I didn't think Gore was a letdown.  It's pretty consistent throughout and even revisiting it recently, I found myself enjoying it a good bit.  Just as much or more than I had when it was released and saw heavy rotation.

I have never seen a 180g record warped. It's the exact opposite. 

Even the bands you like think you should get a half decent table first.
