I have a ticket to the jersey show but cant go now due to a family medical emergency. Its free to a good home. Went from having tickets to 2 of these shows to now being able to attend zero. Life happens and here we are.

To go back on these weird shipping prices: since they only allowed this USPS 2lbs and no other option such as priority: if they ship it media uninsured and it's damaged: you can absolutely file a claim for them refusing to sell you insurance on your package. Just something to keep in mind.
 
Also the fact they have no FAQ page or policy page that I can find is totally insane. This mega 10+ companies group is a mess.

If no one fines out soon I'm going to email/contact and ask what USPS 2lbs is. Because for $15 it needs to be priority and insured.

Edit: I just went on to check myself.  I put 2 records in cart, and the only shipping option is "UPS Below 1 lb" and it's $16.82.  WTF!

Yet, we both paid for it.  Not a lot of bands I'd do this for these days, but I made an exception for DH.  

Still have a full set of all the original pressings from Vinyl Collective for these three records.  And the original boxset in both color ways (that included Gutter and not Big Dirty). Got test pressings of the Gutter, Last Night and Big Dirty. Never did find one for Hot Damn! 
 
that box set when it came out was how I found this place a million years ago.

Do it. I saw them twice. It was absolutely worth it, especially after waiting 20 nearly years.

I’m going to the Jersey show on Saturday. Driving up, seeing the show, and driving back. Should be a fun time. 

I can’t speak to whether or not they were tour exclusives, but they did have all 3 recent reissues.  I got a little sticker shock at the prices of the shirts in particular, so I didn’t hang around the Merch table long.  Show was phenomenal though.  

Big Dirty and LNIT are huge gets and I will buy both with no hesitation

All 3 Thursday 11AM EST. Hopefully more than 1500 of each... (other than maybe Hot Damn) They really should stick to 1 variant with a larger quantity for their first pressing.

Such a simple idea yet not one that had occurred to me.  Totally stealing this.

My only concern is manufacturing costs will not decrease. Like it's been said here, I'm buying less and less. I now keep a list of titles I'm interested in that I'm not a die-hard fan of so I can keep an eye on sales and promotions.

As I mentioned (and maybe someone can fact-check me on this), a cursory search of pressing costs seemed to show that prices are still pretty low to press vinyl - like under $5 per piece with jacket for standard pressing options. Someone should correct me if I am wrong. Course there are lot of other costs for labels and distributors not included in that. But manufacturing itself does not seem all that high. Saudi was about to agree to increase oil supply before conflict in ME broke out - if things go in that direction, perhaps raw material price will come down and knock pressing prices down a buck or so. But pressing prices - it doesn't seem like they are what have created near-100% price increases (for major label releases at least). Indies like Dischord (who have increased prices only a bit) are still able to wholesale for under $12 shipped. 95% of major label titles are priced over $20 now, wholesale.
